Cookies and local storage
Cookies and local storage are ways a website can keep information in your browser. This site offers optional local storage to remember your light or dark theme and highlight colour. These appearance settings are separate from joining the beta list.
Appearance changes work without saving anything. If you tick Remember on this device in the highlight-colour menu, we save your theme, colour, your choice to remember them and an expiry time in this browser for up to 180 days. We use this only to restore your chosen appearance. It contains no email address or advertising identifier, is not sent to our signup store, and is not used for analytics or tracking across websites.
You can withdraw this choice at any time by unticking the option, using the button below or clearing this site's data in your browser. Removing the preference does not affect your beta signup. Without a saved preference, each page starts in dark mode with blue highlights. Your browser may remove stored data sooner; expired settings are discarded when you next visit.
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare delivers and protects this site and may use security cookies when a security check is needed. Those are separate from the optional appearance preference; see Cloudflare's cookie information. Contact beta@zephyr.email with questions about this site's storage.
What you provide
The signup form asks for your email address and your agreement to receive ZOS beta communications. A signup record includes your consent and the time it was recorded. We do not ask for payment details or create a ZOS account.
Why we keep it
Your email helps us manage the beta interest list and contact you about access and related ZOS beta updates. We rely on the consent you give through the signup checkbox. Joining the list does not guarantee an invitation or a particular launch date.
Where it goes
Signup records are held in a private store on Cloudflare infrastructure. They are available to authorised ZOS operators for managing the beta list. We do not publish the list, sell it or use it for third-party advertising.
Cloudflare also delivers and protects this website and may process technical connection information for those purposes. The site does not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
What happens after signup
The form displays a confirmation only after the server accepts the signup. It does not send an automatic email. Email ownership is not verified by this temporary signup form; please enter your own address.
Your choices
You can withdraw your consent, request removal from the list, or ask to access or correct your signup information by emailing beta@zephyr.email. Please use the address you signed up with where possible so we can identify the record.
We keep signup information for the purpose of organising ZOS beta access and related updates, and remove it when it is no longer needed for that purpose or when you ask us to do so.
